Alisha grew up southeast of Red Deer on her family’s cattle and grain farm, where early mornings and hands-on work shaped her practical approach to business. After earning a Business Administration Diploma from Red Deer College in 2000, she joined the Olsen Joly team and quickly became an integral member. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration at SAIT and earned her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 2005, and in 2015 she became a partner at Olsen Joly Chartered Professional Accountants.Away from the office, Alisha’s life is rooted in family and community. She and her husband, Doug, raise two children and spend weekends at the ball diamond, the hockey rink, or supporting 4‑H events. She loves camping with family and friends, playing slo‑pitch, and taking the occasional ski trip to the mountains. Alisha has also volunteered for numerous finance committees, the Red Deer 4‑H Horsemen, the Red Deer District and West Central Regional 4‑H Councils, and various sports teams and school boards.Alisha’s strong agricultural background and deep passion for the agriculture industry enable her to support farm clients across accounting, tax planning, succession strategy, and business management with practical insight and genuine understanding.

Andrew was raised in Saskatchewan, but he has spent all of his adult life right here in Alberta. He graduated with a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge in 2013 and earned his Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant designations in 2015.Andrew and his wife, Amanda, have three sons who keep them very busy in their free time. He is an avid board game enthusiast and loves a good movie night with the family.

Chad was born and raised in Red Deer. He began his post-secondary education at Red Deer College before transferring to the University of Lethbridge, where he earned his Bachelor of Management degree with a major in Accounting in 2003. In 2011, he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. Chad joined Olsen Joly LLP Chartered Professional Accountants in 2008 and was admitted as a partner in 2015.Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, and their two children. He is a dedicated hockey fan who enjoys attending games and supporting the Red Deer Rebels and Edmonton Oilers. Chad also values time spent in the mountains and pursuing outdoor activities.

Cindy has made Red Deer her home since 1987. She started her career in Public Accounting at Olsen Joly over 2 decades ago and returned as a Partner in 2016. Cindy received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2009 and has over 30 years of experience serving clients in the Red Deer area. She enjoys working with clients in a wide array of industries including, but not limited to, Oil & Gas, Construction, Property Management, Retail, Professional, and Fitness. Cindy provides assurance, personalized accounting, and taxation advisory services.Cindy has a grown son who resides in Calgary with his wife and their son. Cindy and her husband, Dennis, are actively involved at Redemption Church Red Deer. When not at the office you would find Cindy spending time in the Bible, pursuing a healthy lifestyle, listening to audio books, learning to golf and of course spending time with family and friends.

Cody was born and raised in Red Deer. He attended Red Deer College before graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He completed his Articling period with Olsen Joly LLP and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2012. Cody was admitted to Partnership in 2015 and provides accounting, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in Central Alberta.Cody is married with two children. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, watching hockey and travelling.
