Biography
Dick was one of the founding partners of the firm in 1981. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, accounting major. After articling and receiving his CA designation in 1979, he and his wife Cheryl relocated to Red Deer where they raised their daughter Danielle now a CPA, Oregon.
Dick served on the Legal Aid Appeal Committee – Central Alberta Region and has enjoyed working on various political campaigns over the years. He enjoys golf and socializing with friends and family

Biography
David graduated from the University of Alberta in 1983 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and subsequently obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. He has been a Partner with the firm since 2001 and focuses his practice on assurance services, consulting and tax advice. David is married and has two children.
Alisha Toepfer, CPA, CGA

Biography
Alisha grew up southeast of Red Deer on her family’s cattle and grain farm. After receiving her Business Administration Diploma from Red Deer College in 2000 she joined the Olsen Joly team. She completed both her Bachelor of Applied Business Administration degree from SAIT and her Certified General Accounting designation in 2005. Alisha became a partner of Olsen Joly Chartered Professional Accountants in 2015.
Alisha enjoys spending her time away from the office with her husband, Doug, and their two young children. Her free time is spent camping with family and friends, playing Slo-pitch, and enjoying the outdoors. Alisha has volunteered her time for several years to Red Deer’s Festival of Trees finance committee.
Chad Nielsen, CPA, CA

Biography
Chad was born and raised in Red Deer. He attended Red Deer College before transferring to the University of Lethbridge where he obtained his Bachelor of Management degree with a major in accounting in 2003. Chad joined Olsen Joly LLP Chartered Professional Accountants in 2008 and became a partner of the firm in 2015.
In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, and their two children. He also enjoys travelling to the mountains, spending time outdoors and training in martial arts. Chad also volunteers his time and is currently the treasurer on the Board of Directors at the Red Deer Museum and Art Gallery.
Cody Tebb, CPA, CA

Biography
Cody was born and raised in Red Deer. He attended Red Deer College before graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He completed his Articling period with Olsen Joly LLP and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2012. Cody was admitted to Partnership in 2015 and provides accounting, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in Central Alberta.
Cody is married with two children. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, watching hockey and travelling. He volunteers his time as Treasurer for the Central Alberta Community Legal Clinic, a group that provides free legal assistance to those who cannot otherwise afford it.
